PARTICIPLE SENTENCES
Participles come in two varieties: past and present. They are two of the five forms or principal parts that every verb has.
3. As a Verb of perception
The Formula :
S + V + O + Active Participle
Ex : - I see the girl dancing in the street - I hear the girl singing a new song
A.PRESENT PARTICIPLE Present participle is formed by adding (v1 + ing) to the end of adjective/adverb. The adjective to explain noun
Example :
man standing under the tree are looking at me => The man who is standing under the tree are looking at me 2. The water consisting of Hydrogen and Oxygen is very importhat
= >The water which consists of Hydrogen and Oxygen is very important 1.The
Example :
1.While Rina was waiting for the bus, Rina read newspaper
=> waiting for the bus, Rina read newspaper)
3.Because Mr.Michel is clever, He has many fans in this class. => Being clever, Mr. Michel has many fans in this class)
PARTICIPLE
Past Participles usually are formed by adding ed to the verb base. The past participle of cook is cooked. Past participles function in three ways

to be
Example
1.A truck which was loaded with vegetables hit a tree => A truck loaded with vegetables hit a tree 2. The window which was broken by Edy has not been repaired yet. => The window broken by Edy has not been repaired yet.
Formula
= When/While S1 to be V3,
V3, S1 V S1 V
= Because/since/as/for S1 to be V3, S1 V
Example
When she was sent a flower by her boyfriend, Shella felt very excited (= sent a flower by her boyfriend, Shella felt very excited) Because Adi was nt given much money, he was very disappointed. ( = Not given much money, Adi was very disappointed.)
