INTRODUCTION

World renowned speaker Robin Sharma included the following points in his public speaking for being world class: Dreaming Goal The greatest gift : thinking Motivation Inspiration

Dedication and patience Struggle Persistence Risks Execution

World of dreaming
What is dreaming??
Dreams and wishes are nothing more than desires Desires are weak. Desires become strong when they are supported by

direction
dedication determination discipline deadlines

Every dream starts small Dream is not what you see when you sleep, but dream is something that does not let you sleep

GOALS
Goals are dreams with a deadline and an action plan. Steps to turn a dream into reality: 1. Have a definite, clear written goal. 2. Have a plan to accomplish it.

LIFE IS LIVE ON THE WIRE, AND THE REST IS WAITING

CLEAR GOALS?
Goal should be: S--Specific M-- Measurable A-- Achievable R--Realistic T--Time-bound

Why the rest are waiting?? Reasons . A pessimistic attitude Fear of failure A lack of ambition . A fear of rejection

Procrastination Low self-esteem Ignorance of the importance of goals A lack of knowledge about goal-setting

Goals are more easily achieved if they are broken into small ones. Life is hard by the yard, but by the inch,it's a cinch.

THE GREATEST GIFT

Nature's greatest gift to man is the ability to think.Think is the best thing you can do. Failures are of two kinds: those who did and never thought and those who thought and never did. Going through life without using our ability to think is like shooting without aiming.

If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you don't! If you like to win, but think you can't, It's almost a cinch you won't. you think you'll lose, you're lost; For out in the world we find Success begins with a fellow's will; It's all in the state of mind. If you think you are outclassed, you are

MOTIVATION
motivation can be defined as motive for action Motivation is something that encourages action or feeling. Motivation can also mean to turn on or ignite the feeling or action. Motivation is the driving force in our lives. It comes from a desire to succeed.

Motivation is classified into two types.

EXTERNAL MOTIVATION External motivation comes from outside, such as money, societal approval, fame or fear. Internal Motivation Internal motivation is the inner gratification, not for success or winning, but for the fulfillment that comes from having done it. It is a feeling of accomplishment, rather than just achieving a goal.

INSPIRATION Vs MOTIVATION
People motivate themselves Others can just inspire. Inspiration is changing thinking; motivation is changing action. Spend time with the people whose life you want to live. Inspiration and basic ideas are got from past experiences.

Dedication and patience

Lack of self-belief is one of the biggest hurdles that many people need to surmount in order to become successful. Success can only be achieved by shedding these self-limiting beliefs and replacing them with positive self-beliefs. Dedication is about having the trait of steadfast and sincere fixity of purpose.

Struggle
Every challenge is nothing more than a chance to make things better Life is queer with its twists and turns, As every one of us sometimes learns, And many a failure turns about When he might have won had he stuck it out. Don't give up though the pace seems slow You may succeed with another blow.

Persistence
Persistence means commitment and determination. It is a commitment to finish what you start. When things go wrong, As they sometimes will, When the road you're trudging seems all uphill, When the funds are low and the debts are high, And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit Rest if you must, but don't you quit.

A man is a hero not because he is braver than anyone else, but because he is brave for ten minutes longer.

EXECUTE!!
Stop procrastination: A completed task is fulfilling and energizing; an incomplete task drains energy like a leak from a tank. EVERY IDEATION WITHOUT EXECUTION IS NOTHING MORE THAN DELUSION Doing the right thing is important, which is where strategy comes in. But doing that thing well is execution.

Challenges & Risks

Keep challenging yourself to think better, do better and be better Challenges develop potential Higher we reach the more is we tested. Responsible risk-taking is based on knowledge, training, careful study, confidence and competence which give a person the courage to act while facing fear.
