Human behavior and society

Human society is different as it consists of different individual behaving differently as their behaviors are influenced by their beliefs, culture, values and ideologies. So, there needs to be a control process to regulate individual and group behavior leading to conformity and compliance in a particular society.

Every member of the society is allowed to grow in an atmosphere where their genuine interests(claims, privileges, powers and immunities)are systematically recognized and protected.
To protect these main domain of human desire and for the survival strategy(necessity of society for securing peace),law acts as a control process.

Why law?
Peoples behavior, sometimes, may lead to generally undesirable outcomes, injurious to one or more others physically or as repugnant. Results in the end of discriminatory practices and ultimately fosters unlimited liberty of some against others People have sought to establish some rules, to enable the smooth functioning of the societies in which they live, of a kind that themselves can sanction to avoid chaos. Rules for governing the human behavior is one of the remarkable discoveries of the human wisdom and intellect. Laws are the set of rules that regulate human behavior in ways that they can be legally sanctioned if breached. Are viewed as a paramount instrument of preserving co-existence of members in the society.

Human behavior is not consistent,it differs and is full of contradiction Requires a level of consistency in their day to day life which is possible when human beings are driven by the common need to respect law According to scholar Thomas Hobbes, human beings wer selfish and nasty. So,they entered into social contract to follow set of rules. A system was required to be recognized and internalized by people. Law acts as prime factor in regulating human behaviour by solving contradictions among the member of society Regulates deviance and promotes compliance in the society.
