Strengths:
1. Teachers are committed to providing students a quality education that exemplifies and meets expectations of the International Baccalaureate curriculum and State standards. Sources:

Strengths:
1. Teachers are committed to providing students a quality education that exemplifies and meets expectations of the International Baccalaureate curriculum and State standards.
2. Constructive Collaboration: During lunch, prep periods, and after school teachers collaborate to discuss curriculum successes and failures. Teachers also use this time to discuss best practices and plan academic expectations for the for the following day. Source:

Integration of Technology: Teachers integrate into the general curriculum Lexica, Raz Kids, and IXL for students who struggles academically. Allisonville has Promethean Boards in every classroom used to make lessons more interactive.

Data Team: Teachers collect and share data with their grade level teams and administration of the bottom 10% of their least performing students. From there, teachers provide intensive academic interventions that facilitate academic growth hoping close the achievement gaps.

1. Allisonvilles faculty is not culturally diverse.
2. There is only 5.3% of Allisonvilles faculty is of an ethnic origin. The student to teacher ratio for diversity is 39 to 1.

The focus group members believe that because of this disparaging number culturally diverse faculty, culturally diverse students have difficulties in identifying individuals who are able to fully understand cultural situations and family dynamics.

2. Insignificant special education staffing who are overwhelmed and struggle to completely meet the academic and social needs of special education students.

Special Education Services Concerns: Members of the focus group believe that special ed. teachers are overwhelmed which prevents them from effectively attending to students who are not behavioral issues.

Special Education Students Discipline Disparities: Because of the lack of special education teachers, special education students are being referred to the office for discipline issues 4 to 1 more times than general education students.

Weakness
3. Allisonville facilities are inadequate.
4. Safety Concerns: Students are being educated in areas that do not have adequate PA connections. There has been concerns about room configurations and fire safety concerns. Inadequate Facilities: Students are being educated in halls, large rooms that were use for storage and teachers are sharing classrooms to facilitate instruction. Enrollment Issues: Students are being denied enrollment. The inadequate space is preventing enrollment growth. Allisonville is unable to enroll any fourth grade level children into their school.

Possible Solutions to Eradicate Weakness


1. Hire more special education teachers to accommodate expectations. 2. Opening a bigger school close to Allisonville that has the needed space to accommodate student population. 3. Purchase Pods to educate students. 4.
