Visi adalah cita-cita yang ingin diwujudkan oleh suatu organisasi, yang menggambarkan tentang akan menjadi apa suatu oragnisasi di masa depan

Mission What is our business?

Misi merupakan tujuan dan alasan keberadaan perusahaan, yang menjelaskan tentang apa yang perusahaan sediakan untuk masyarakat
Misi merupakan penjabaran secara tertulis mengenai visi, agar visi menjadi mudah dimengerti atau jelas bagi seluruh anggota organisasi

Customers: Who are the firms customers? Products or services: What are the firm's major products or services? Markets: Geographically, where does the firm compete? Technology: Is the firm technologically current? Philosophy: What are the basic beliefs, values, aspirations, and ethical priorities of the firm?
