Yes. Mistakes will happen and being a boss

there is a tremendous work load for George. So George said the right thing Team work is the secret of success

Yes of course. George is a dedicated worker George was the only one who was well

prepared for the meeting, that shows he is an efficient worker

Did Preet make a mistake by not intervening during the meeting and correct Georges misconception about Satish?

Yes, Preets was a big mistake A true Boss supports his subordinates It was because of Preets mistake that the

meeting was closed quickly. It was neither Georges nor Satishs

As an HR man, how would you define the character of George bullying but later regretting? Does his attitude needs to be corrected?

Yes, most definitely. George should correct

his attitude, even though its not intentional Because of Georges bullying not only Satish but also the whole members of the meeting would have felt bad

Would you be happy to have George or Preet as your boss?

Would be happy to have George as a Boss but

not Preet Because George is motivating and supportive Preet on the other hand is not supportive
