X-factor
This is not the only thing in your paper, it is the focus of your paper

If your x-factor is: Wotan says: With evil wage I paid for the building
Youll keep coming back to this line in each paragraph, but it wont be the only thing in your paper maybe youll compare it to similar lines, similar situations, Marx, whatever, but you have a focus at least

Thesis Worksheet - Step 3 & 4 - Significance

what is the significance of it? What is YOUR take on this? Who do YOU think is a hero according to Marx, Mill, Wagner? What do YOU think Marx and Mill would say about abortion?

Relate specifically
Dont write one paragraph on Marx, one on Mill, one on abortion

Write one paragraph containing Marx, Mill and abortion (point 1)

Second paragraph contains the three but a different (related) point 2, etc.

Explain how you think you can compare them too.

When Marx says Bourgeoisie are like sorcerers who can no longer control the nether regions they called up their spells with, it seems to resonate with the unhindered growth of corporations like big tobacco, pushers of a product responsible for over 1,000 deaths a day in the US alone. Mill seems to agree, critiquing When a company acting in a free market does so by selling dangerous drugs, that company should be held responsible by the society it serves. Both writers call for some sort of restriction or caution, a set of some rules or laws to protect the people from the potential chaos of their own creation.

Nietzsche
Make sure you get the gist of what he says Read the small quips, digest, then go and buy all of his books Superman, death of god, slave and master morality

Comparing, an X factor
Good is just another word created by the soul of the ruling tribes and castes (72)

Marx: The bourgeoisie has through its exploitation of the world-market given a cosmopolitan character to production and consumption in every country (17)
How can you relate these quotes, what is the significance of them in relation to one another, how is this an x-factor

Nietzsche X Factor II Mill

Mill says there are limits to freedom. A man who cant pay his debts, for example, must be punished for the breach of duty to his family or creditors (82). Even if the individual suffers from an arrangement which benefits the whole, even if he languishes under itthe custom must be maintained (82) (Customs and Sacrifices)

Nietzsche and Wagner

The slave revolt in morality begins when ressentiment [resentment] itself becomes creative and gives birth to values (112). Brunnhilde: Him whom you always / taught me to love, / whose lofty valour / is dear to your heart - / never will your two-faced words / force me to turn against him (155).
