INTRODUCTION:

As with change in time, trends in technology are also getting improved. People are trying to find all the possible and easier means to get their work done.

In the new generation of emerging technology, a website plays a vital role in providing the information, services and facilities provided by any organization in a short span of time and with less cost.

This project helps in creating a website for a group of organizations like orphanages, old age homes, charitable trusts.

The main emphasis of this website is to display details of various organizations at a single site.

OBJECTIVE:

To provide an efficient way of creating a website for any organization.

To publish number of organizations in a single site.


To increase the donations for organizations in turn helps their development.

To serve people in number of organizations like old age homes


and orphans with better future.

SCOPE:

To allow n number of smaller organizations to have their own website.

This may help them in enhancing their services further. To have a real time experience of designing, developing and maintaining a website.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

Highly designed websites for well reputed and well developed organizations exist.

They provide information about a single particular organization.


Different organizations are providing services in their specific website. Helps in the development of any organization that owns a website.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

Helps in providing information and services offered by number of organizations at a single glance.

Allows to enhance the development of many organizations.


A database stores all the details of the organizations like their features, contact information, photo gallery, services, events etc.

Database is updated regularly according to the requirements of the organizations.

Each trust feels like owning a site which is actually an account in this website.

MODULES
OF THE PROPOSED SYSTEM:
The proposed system can be further divided into 3 major modules as

Client Registratio n and login module

Admin module

Data base design module

MODULES
Client Registration and Login Module:

The client here is referred to a member of a trust who is

interested to register the trust as an account in this website.

The client will be providing details of the trust like trust name, username, password, address, email id, phone number etc.

The client can login with his username and password provided at
the time of registration and can update the details of the trust.

MODULES
Admin Module:

In this module, the admin can login and verify the details of the trusts and he can also delete an account if needed.

The admin has the complete access to the database.

Database Design Module:

This module is responsible for storing of data in Database like SQL server. The data in database applied different normal forms and Integrity constraints.

REQUIREMENTS
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Operating system : Windows XP Framework Data base Web server : .NET 4.0 : SQL server 2008 : IIS6.0

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
Processor Hard Disk Monitor RAM : Intel Pentium Dual core : 40 GB : 15 VGA Color : 1GB
