1st Interview

This is the initial stage of the Selection. There must be interview panel at the interview time who familiar with the position to be filled. Interview panel must check the potential in employee for the post apply. Candidate may be called for 2nd interview

After interview, the interview panel evaluates the strength of candidate. How much candidate give the benefit to the organization.
