Transmission of purpose: A business should communicate its purpose clearly to all stakeholders. Your organizations purpose should be included in statements of your mission, vision, and core values.

Honesty and fairness: employment, product pricing, financial reporting, profit distribution etc

Individual responsibility: an organization must have ethical individual employees in order to be ethical as a whole.

Commitment to a better society contributing to charitable organizations and other causes decreases profit,such behavior will benefit the company by doing good for society as a whole.

Wipros policy is to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, being committed to conducting business in an ethical manner and acting with integrity in dealing with our customers, suppliers, partners, competitors, employees and its other stakeholders.

APPLICABILITY
COBC is applicable to all Wipro employees (core, contract, retainer, consultant or any other category) and members of the Board of Directors. Wipro includes all subsidiaries and affiliate companies.
