IntelliTrack Software, Inventory Control, Asset Tracking, & Warehouse Management Software will be installed on the warehouse workstations. Norton Antivirus 2011 security suite will be installed for system security. To allow for updates all network and security software the network MUST have access to the internet. In the event that internet access is not available, the customer will be responsible for keeping the Anti-Virus definitions and security software up to date. All users will be assigned network accounts and Email boxes. Since the internet is going to be used, Network solutions will additionally configure the Kismet/Wire shark packet sniffers, Nessus Vulnerability Scanner, and OSSEC for the Intrusion Detection and Protection System (IDPS) to protect the network from internet threats. Upon the completion of this installation any support needed for the software installed can be handled by our phone support. Non-compliance changes failure to perform something that was planned (including defective deliverables, staffing shortage). This also results in an adjustment to the project budget, schedule or effort. Informational changes changes that do not result in a change in schedule, effort and cost. Example: change in management approach, or a change in project ownership due to a re-org.
Process
oAll changes will be filtered to Barry Silva, PM. oAll change requests will be discussed in the weekly status meeting. oIf a change request is deemed to be necessary, the change requests will be elevated to Jason Ostrander, Network solutions, for approval.
