Bed capacity of 2000 Private wing has 225 beds There are 50 wards, 24 clinics and 26 theatres Average inpatients - 200 admitted daily

Manual processes
The hospital is not automated. Patients registration 3000 manual transactions daily HR Procurement Finance Diagnostics Pharmacy & Dispensing Clinical assessments Stationery expenses about 12% of the total administrative costs Kshs 150 Million annually
