 Two types of vision:

Personali.e. Paul saw himself as called to Gentiles Corporatehe also saw himself as an Apostle to the church. These two types of vision are needed for:

INTEGRATION blend into a functioning or unified whole : unite

 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mothers womb and called me through His grace, to reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood, nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia, and returned again to Damascus. Ga.1:15-17

 The ultimate test of your vision is how does it fit into the BIG picture. Your vision is bigger than you and requires others to help get it done or it is not a God given vision Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter Ga.1:18

 Your sphere of influence is your call for integration. I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Ep. 4:1-4

 Note these terms that relate to YOUR calling BUT are RELATIONAL as it is worked out in the sphere of the Body.

 Endeavoring: determined effort The love, longsuffering, and unity that we must have is displayed not when we all agree but when we dont. It is when we dont understand completelythat is the test of unity.

 There is a cost to fulfillment of dreams and visions. Those who work their land will have abundant food, but those who chase fantasies will have their fill of poverty. Pr.28:19

 Here are two reasons people/churches fail in reaching their dreams

1. Failing to work hard 2. Unrealistic expectations
