The Spy

Synopsis of Chapter 9
Miss Pross and Jerry Cruncher went out for shopping and found her brother John Solomon. They both had talk until Jerry Cruncher approach them an recognizes Miss Pross brother and he mentioned about Old Bailey trial.

Sydney Carton who was there inform them that John Solomon is a French prisons spy. Solomon and Barsad denied and had argument with Carton in Mr Lorrys office.

At the end what Carton said are true. Then there was news from Carton to Mr Lorry that Darnay has been arrested. Mr Lorry was sad to hear the news. They tried to threaten Barsad to do something to help Darnay. He agreed and they come up with a plan to rescue Darnay. Carton was very serious with the plans to rescue Darnay.

Later that night, Carton visited a shop on the remote area of the Paris. Then he talked about some kind of potion powder which is very harmful if mixed together. Carton spend the rest of the night on streets of Paris thinking about the fate of poor Lucie.

Moral value is the good behavior that have in someone or society. For example caring, loving, helpful and so on. As all of these exist in our daily life, so the good generation can be produced.

Hardworking mean a lot of effort is put by someone to do some work. In other word is done with care and effort.

And Im not sure that Dr Manettes good name can save him this time. So we must have Mr Barsads help.
Mr Lorry, Sydney Carton and all others try so hard to save Charles Darnay that have been arrested for the second time. Even the chance to release him is very small, but they think positive and want to gamble the probability of saving their friend at all cost.

 Loving (on page 52) Loving mean how much we like someone for example bond between family member.

The meaning in this situation is Mr Barsad told Sydney Carton the bond between him and his sister is very strong and he loves his sister very much even in his situation as a spy. Because of that loving bond then Barsad agree to help Sydney Carton. Helpful (on page 52) Helpful is the behaviour where it always tend to give a hand to someone.

All right, Barsad said slowly, Ill help you.

Mr Barsad is a spy and Sydney Carton ask for Barsad help to make his plan success. At early stage, Barsad refused to help him but lastly Barsad agree to help Sydney Carton. The plan is still mystery in this chapter.

Sydney Carton walk over the city of Paris and spend all of that night by watching moon in the sky, listen to the flow of water of River Seine, think about past and future. He think about Lucie who having a sad life. Sydney Carton is very caring about someone especially Lucie who he think deserve a better life. He also care about the future especially the future of Paris.
