Many hotels built in Penang and lots of interesting places to visit Tourist have difficulties in making decision to choose the best hotel according to their budgets and locations Proposed this expert system is to assist and give suggestions to tourists on how to manage and select a suitable accommodation while touring Penang in location wise as well as meeting their budget

To design a database that can store relevant information about all available hotels in Penang.

To study and design a system that enable tourists to find the most suitable accommodation that meet their budget and location criteria. To develop a system that provides users with relevant information regarding the hotels that they prefer to rent.

Tourist gain information from the brochure which is the information are limited The tourists still unable to obtain specify details about hotels that matches their criteria in term of location and budget

Provide customer a facility to choose which hotels they want to reserve Customers will be provided the best hotels according to the criteria that the customers need (budget and location) Provides customer with details of hotels available in Penang
