HOW TO PLAN PRESENTATIONS?

WHO? (who is your audience) why? (why are you making the presentations) where? (where is the presentation to be made) when? (when it is going to be delivered)

what? (what will interest this audience) (what will win them over) (what level of detail will they need)etc.

HOW TO STRUCTURE PRESENTATIONS?

INTRODUCTION It is very important multipurpose component of any presentation. Introduction should arouse audiences interest,establish rapport with them,motivate them to listen on,and make the presentation effective. THE BODY The main ideas,facts,figures and any supporting material that have identified should go into the body.

CONCLUSION It is also important as that of introduction. It is the last chance to sell our idea.It has to be planned well and delivered well.
