INTRODUCTION
In the market of today's era each n every company and organization want to reach to the common people directly to sale or to popularize their product among people. For this they check the taste of the public, they interact with them and try to make goodwill of their company by making relationship with public. So public relation is turning out to be a big weapon for different organization now a days for sailing their products or for building there image.

DEFINITION OF PUBLIC RELATIONS(P.R.)


Public Relations is an organizations effort to establish and maintain its image with public. It means carrying out activities and communication for the purpose of promoting goodwill with the community, the employees, the customers, and so on. P.R. has two elements: action and expression; it begins with good acts and is expressed with good communication

Public Relations can also be defined as:


The deliberate, panned and sustained effort to establish and maintain mutual understanding between an organization and its public. The establishment of two way communication to resolve conflicts of interest by seeking common ground if mutual interest based on truth, knowledge and full information.

TYPES OF PUBLIC RELATIONS:


Meaning of public relations is not just restricted in making relation with public. Public relation is also established within the company between a superior and a subordinate or between two managers. So broadly there are two types of public relations : Internal Public Relations and External Public Relations.

INTERNAL PUBLIC RELATIONS


P.R. established between the employees of an organization and the managers or between the managers or employees is termed as internal public relation. Internal P.R. helps in increasing working efficiency, skills and maintaining good relations with employees. It helps in knowing the ideas of what employees expect from the organization. Suggestion schemes are also now a days very popular in the companies and it give opportunity for employees to be a part of management of company.

EXTERNAL PUBLIC RELATIONS

IMAGE BUILDING
Image of a company is slowly n meticulously build up over years and it can be destroyed within minutes and hours. One aspect of image building is the building of relationship with media. Public Relationships is a strategic effort of image building. It is not just achieved by advertisements in newspaper or on TV. It is achieved through gradual build up of creditability Indirect media is also help full in image building

IMPACT OF P.R. IN SUCCESS OF DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS


Building up of good public relationship internally inside any organization or externally with public helps any organization to achieve great success. Weather it may be any government organization or a private sector companies Now we will discuss one organization of each type. In private sector we will discuss the growth of Dainik Bhaskar group and in government organization we will study the case of the government plan of School Chale Hum

IMPACT OF P.R. IN THE SUCCESS OF DAINIK BHASKAR GROUP


When the Dainik Bhaskar group launched there news paper in the market of M.P. there were already 2-3 papers who were well settled. Offers and schemes bring them close to common people. Surveys helped in creating public relationships and knowing the taste of different readers of different age groups These market researches helped them in launching other supplements like city bhaskar, DB star etc. with the newspapers

IMPACT OF P.R. IN SUCCESS OF Govt.PLAN OF SCHOOL CHALE HUM


Large n large people were connected because of good connection of government with people. Plan was well advertised. It created great social awareness. Due to good campaigning by govt. many people took advantage of it . There are many such policies of Indian govt. which are very beneficial for poor people but due to poor advertising schemes and improper P.R. they can not reach to the people.

CONCLUSION
P.R. is the most impressive way of making an organization work in every manner whether it may be internally or externally. Good P.R. with public can make an organization well established. Good relation with the superiors of a sub ordinate helps him in his promotion. P.R. helps in image building of a company. It also helps as a good weapon in Global Communication.
