After observing this data, it is very clear that those who consider school to be very important do much better than those who do not consider school to be important. This was not surprising because of the common sense involved. We found it interesting that a very small fraction of the students surveyed didn't consider school to be important. It has been proven many times, by Stats Canada on this particular occasion, those who feel it important to do well in school, end up with the best academic performance. They are more likely to consider school a large part of their life and something that should be taken seriously.
Generally, everyone surveyed got along well with their peers at school. The students in the very poorly category had trouble getting along with other kids. This could be connected to why they do not like school. We demonstrated earlier that those who do not like school generally do not do well.

It came as a surprise to us that the majority of those who did well and very well in school claimed they are never bullied. We were under the false impression that bullies always picked on the smart kids. We also thought it was odd that almost all kids those who were bullied most of the time did poorly or very poorly in school.

The results of this graph were easily predictable. The majority of students who do well and very well in school hope to complete a University degree. And those who were unsure of their post-secondary school future were doing poorly or very poorly in school. We also found it interesting that the majority of those who hoped to complete High School and or College did average in school.
Students Appreciation for A large majority of English students either like english
a bit or like it a lot. And obviously those who Ontario Youths 200 "like it alot" tend to get 180 the best marks. This can 160 be linked to the idea that 140 enjoying school (or a 120 subject in this case) will 100 result in higher marks. 80 We also found it very 60 peculiar that almost all 40 students who hate english 20 have average marks. Very poorly Poorly Average Well The very odd thing about How _w ell_are_you_doing_in_school these results was that all Like_English I DON-T LIKE IT VERY MUCH I HATE IT students who were doing I LIKE IT A BIT I LIKE IT A LOT very poorly "like english count ( ) alot".
