Tactical Leadership Training


This course of instruction will provide tactical leaders with the experience necessary to lead men in the high-risk operational environment. The course will be delivered by proven, former Special Operations Leaders. Course topics will include; Leadership Development Leadership situational awareness (LSA) exercises Leadership in a tactical environment Characteristics of a tactical leader Challenges of tactical leaders Tactical decision making process Seeking and receiving input from subordinates Most common mistakes of a tactical leader Course culminates with a two-day long Final Training Exercise in which the participants will be thoroughly evaluated as tactical leaders in high stress situations.

COUNTER-TERRORISM COUNTER-SURVEILLANCE

This course of instruction will enable participants to conduct and recognize basic surveillance and counter-surveillance operations. The instruction will be delivered by former US government counter-terrorism and counter-surveillance experts. Course topics will include;       General History of Terrorist attack methodology Intelligence gathering procedures Current threat studies Assessment of abilities Implement measures necessary to safeguard assets Course will be tailored for the needs of the group and keeping within the security guidelines set forth by the United States of America. Prerequisites: Valid Drivers License and Insurance

Weapons of Mass Destruction


This course of instruction will enable participants to recognize chemical and biological symptoms and to set up and implement decontamination procedures for both. The curriculum is delivered by Master EOD Techs (Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technicians). Course topics will include;

 Glossary of Acronyms and Terms  History of Weapons of Mass Destruction  Chemical Agents: This will cover the four basic agents to include Nerve, Blister, Lung and Blood Agents  Biological Agents: This covers the three basic groups to cover Bacteria, Viruses and Toxins  Nuclear Physics and effects of Radiation  Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)  Dept. Of Transportation (DOT) Hazardous Material Classification system and Placard standardization system for use on the Highway.  Hotline Procedureswhere a Chemical Reduction Area (CRA) and a certified Hotline will be setup with step-by-step procedures for safely decontaminating personnel in a chemical/ biological environment.  Prerequisites: Phase I is required prior to Phase II

Explosives and Effects


This course of instruction will enable participants to recognize the types of common explosives, realize the hazardous potential and effects of each, and determine the most efficient method of protection from them. This Curriculum will be delivered by Master EOD Warfare Specialists. Course topics will include; History of Explosives Physics of energetic material, explosives Types, Uses and Effects of explosives Protection of Personnel and Property through a simple formula once the type and amount of explosive are known.  Learn the use of K Factors for different requirements depending on the need for protection against Blast Effect and Fragmentation in different situations  Trenching and reinforcement of buildings for close demolitions work  Learn Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for taking a bomb threat over the phone and Emergency Action Procedures (EAPs) to prevent loss of life and assist Emergency Response Teams. Security Assessments and Audits


This course of instruction is designed to enable the participant to effectively conduct security assessments , identify the actual condition of security postures and practices, and implement proper solutions to identified problem areas. This curriculum will be delivered by former Special Operations physical security subject matter experts. Course topics will include;         Proven security practices and methodology Exterior security threat assessment, external identification Interior security sensors, cameras, Perimeter security fences, gates, access control Security Team Control Room Layout and function Security Process and Procedure review Security Interviews Students will receive two-days of classroom instruction combined with practical application of skills taught in the course

Physical Security
This course of instruction is designed to enable the participant to identify the actual condition of current security systems and methods that are used to document and test them. Former Special Operations security experts will deliver this course of instruction. Course topics will include;        Fundamentals of Security Camera and recording technology Basic Electricity and Ohms law Electrical diagram basics for alarm systems Alarm Sensor Technology: Passive Infrared (PIR) Active Infrared (AIR) Ultra-Sonic Radar Combination systems Wireless and Remote Control, Radio Frequency (RF) Indoor and outdoor Alarm systems Computer Security Technology Prerequisite: Basic Algebra

Advanced Tactical Firearms


This course of instruction was designed to vastly improve shooter proficiency in the combative shooting arena. This training will be governed by the skill development of the students with a strong emphasis on safe and quality tactical firearms training. The training is considered High-Risk and will only be delivered to personnel who demonstrate sound weapon safety practices. Course topics will include;                Firearm Fundamentals and Safety Rules of Engagement Primary Weapon System (designated by client) Shooting from cover Moving and Shooting Transition Drills (Primary to Secondary) High stress shoot / no shoot drills Use of force doctrine / considerations Secondary Weapons (Pistol) Failure Drills Combative Reload/ Magazine Change Drills Multiple Targets Repetitive Shooting Drills Shooter competition Student will successfully complete course Performance Conditions, and Standards ( PCSs) for all weapon systems prior to receiving certificate of training.

Prerequisites: Must not be a convicted Felon or unable to possess firearms for any reason.

Counter - Assault Driving


This course of instruction was developed to provide participants with sound safety and tactical driving skills. The training is considered High-Risk, and will be delivered by former US Secret Service Academy Driving Instructors. Course topics will include;           Vehicle Inspection and Safety Awareness and responsibilities of the driver Offensive Driving Operations Defensive Driving Operations Motorcade Operations Armored and Unarmored Operations Emergency and Evasive Maneuvering SUV and LIMOSUINE specific Control of skids and slides Students will have two days of classroom and three days of practical driving

Advanced Communications Course

This course was designed to enable participants to utilize communications equipment and procedures in a manner providing fast and effective communications that are imperative to effective operations. Course topics will include;             FCC and the Law Frequencies and their usesHF, VHF, UHF Pro-words and sending a message Military and Civilian radio idioms Alpha-numeric 10-codes Radio Etiquette Antennae Theory Relay Stations Base Stations Secure Communications Employment of communication devices

Basic Executive Protection


This Course was designed to provide participants with a basic working knowledge of executive protective operations and is delivered as an introduction to the dynamics of Executive Protection and the requirements of the security professional. Advanced Executive Protection


This Course is designed to further the skill development of a protective
operations security professional in the dynamics of executive protective operations and the requirements of the operational leadership. Course topics will include;

 Prerequisites: Basic Executive Protection (Phase I), Note for participation in an extreme physical activity from a Doctor, Valid Drivers license, Driving and Medical Insurance.

High Risk Security Operations


This Course is an introduction to the dynamics of high risk and various profile protective operations and the requirements of the security professional assigned to them. The course is both mentally and physically challenging and will require each student that attends to be well trained with fire-arms. Participants MUST have advanced marksmanship skills prior to attending. Personnel will be removed from the course if they do not meet weapons and physical standards (see below). Course topics will include;
               Advanced weapons training Global Positioning System (GPS) navigation Land/Urban warfare Small unit tactics Tactical driving Principal recovery and evacuation in CQB and Urban movement Low, medium, and high profile protective operations IED/VBIED recognition Vehicle evacuations Route selection and Attack Recognition Team positions and responsibilities Unarmed / Armed defensive tactics Liaison with Local military units, other protective teams Counter Assault Team (CAT) tactics Prerequisites: Drivers License and Drivers & Medical Insurance Required Physical ability Students should be able to run 1.5 miles, complete 20 push-ups with body armor on, be on ones feet for most of the day in gear, control / handle M4 with strong hand only during movement drills, and function on 6 hours sleep per day,

Basic Sniper Training Course


The Basic Sniper Course is an intensive seven day course designed to take an individual with little or no training with a scoped weapon and give them a solid foundation to take back to their department or unit. This course is well suited any military or police unit that is looking to increase their capabilities with surgical long range engagements. The course is a combination of classroom theory, practical field exercises, and live fire applications. The instructors are all qualified Military/Law Enforcement Snipers with many years of experience in the field. At the end of this course the successful graduate will be able to set up their own Sniper Weapon System, zero the scope to the weapon, be able to judge the distance to a target and successfully read the winds to engage the target. These skill sets are the basic foundation needed to be able to operate as an effective sniper whether in a one or two man team, military and/or law enforcement. Course topics will include;               Safety precautions Striping, assembly, and maintenance of the sniper weapon system Sniper equipment Marksmanship principles Shooters log book Weather measuring devices Spotting methods Applying corrections (elevation and windage) Methods of judging distance Methods of observation, aids, and procedures Sniper range card Methods of engaging moving targets Introduction to urban shooting positions Ammunition Requirements: 400rds match-grade ammunition (Black Hills 175gr HPBT is recommended for .308caliber/7.62mm) Gear List: Sniper Weapon System (bolt action or semi-auto, .308 is recommended) including scope (mil-dot reticle pattern is recommended), a bipod mount for the weapon is recommended but not required Complete weapon cleaning kit Spotting scope with tripod (good quality scope with variable zoom settings and a reticle pattern is recommended)

Advanced Sniper Training Course


The Advanced Sniper Course picks up where basic sniper instruction ends and is designed to take a basic sniper/marksman to the next level of training and proficiency. The course is a combination of classroom theory, practical field applications, and live fire applications. The instructors are all qualified snipers in Military Special Operations and/or Law Enforcement with many years of practical experience in the field. The student should be prepared for long hours and all environmental conditions. The goal of this course is to give the successful graduate the necessary tools to be an effective sniper in all conditions. This course of instruction is designed to enable participants to plan and execute the tactical boarding of a marine vessel at sea, anchored in a static position, or tied up at pier-side. Corporate Leadership Training


During this corporate leadership course participants will participate in classroom training and a series of practical exercises that are designed to strengthen their ability to be a functional and positive leader of a team or a project. Instruction will be delivered by proven leaders who are Special Operations veterans. Course topics will include;         Team building theory and practices Individual strengths and weakness identification Desirable leadership traits Defining and implementing improvement process and goals for subordinates Team leadership / management challenges Identifying individual weaknesses and strengths Team strength mapping process Team building practical exercises designed to build and bond the team members through carefully planned events that challenge their strength as a leader and impresses on them the impact of leadership actions and attitudes on the disposition of subordinates . Once completed all participants will have experienced high stress leadership challenges and situations and will retain the ability to effectively manage and lead personnel in situations faced with within their actual scope of responsibility Graduates will enjoy a great of accomplishment , vastly improved self-confidence, and greater respect and appreciation of other team members.

Corporate Threat Response Team Training


During this course participants will be trained on how to deal with corporate medical emergencies, and other life-threatening situations to include an active shooter situation in the office. Participants will receive classroom training and conduct practical exercises in multiple tactical operations skill sets . Course topics will include;          Defense Tactics (armed and unarmed combative theory and practice) Immediate medical casualty care Weapons training (pistol/shotgun only) Tactical room clearance procedures Subject detainment and transport procedures. Legal theory and concerns CRT establishment and implementation Weapons maintenance and security procedures. All will participate in tactical exercises designed to build and bond the team members through carefully planned events that include scenarios and lessons learned from actual office and school shooting events. These events will develop their strength as a CRT team member. Once completed all participants will have experienced high stress tactical leadership challenges and situations and will retain the ability to effectively operate as a CRT team member.

Basic Rock Climbing


This course of instruction is designed to enable participants to safely climb and rappel in a mountainous environment. Participants will learn to safely set a top rope, belay others, and perform basic rope assisted climbing techniques. Course topics will include;

Advanced Rock Climbing


This course of instruction is designed to enable participants to safely climb and rappel in a mountainous environment. Participants will learn to safely lead climbs and conduct basic instruction for other inexperienced climbers. Traveler Security Awareness


This course of instruction is designed to enable participants to safely travel in the continental Untied States and abroad. The curriculum is focused on raising the awareness level of the traveler to ensure that they understand why they may be targeted, how to mitigate their risk of being targeted, and actions to be taken in case of an attack on their person. The curriculum will be delivered by former Special Operations security experts. Course topics will include;        Criminal attack sequence Security awareness and mind-set Route planning and surveillance detection Hotel security concerns and practices Airport security concerns and practices Most common traveler security mistakes Defensive Tactics

Corporate Employee Award

This course provides participants with an analysis and interpretation of the voluntary participation initiative being pushed by U.S. Customs towards the industry. Presents clear guidelines on the registration process. Enhances security in the supply chain. Course topics will include;

OSHA Safety Regulations


This OSHA Safety Regulations course is designed to reinforce the OSHA regulations pertaining to Emergency Disaster Response projects. Course topics will include;

Emergency First Responder


This course of instruction is designed to enable participants to safely and effectively respond to emergency situations. The course will be delivered by Nationally Certified EMT and Paramedic personnel. Course topics will include;

Initial Response Scene Safety Assessing the Situation upon arrival Defining the ABCs CPR and artificial breathing techniques C-Spine stabilization and Trauma Assessment Maintaining control of the situation Preparing the victim for follow on medical attention  HAZMAT Concerns        

Cardio Pulmonary

This course of instruction is designed to enable participants to safely and effectively render CPR to personnel in need of resuscitation. The course will be delivered by Red Cross Certified CPR Instructors. Course topics will include;            Basic Fundamentals of CPR Basic CPR for Adults Basic CPR for Children Basic CPR for babies Review of actions before during and after scenarios requiring CPR Practical Application Student Test-Out Course Duration 1 Day (8 Hours / 1 Day) Fees: $125.00USD per student Students: 15-40 Red Cross CPR cards

Basic First Aid


This course of instruction is designed to enable participants to safely and effectively render basic first aid assistance in emergency situations. The course will be delivered by Army Corps of Engineers certified Quality Control Personnel. Advanced Power-line Safety


This course of instruction is designed to enable participants to effectively Conduct operations in close proximity to power-lines. The course will be delivered by TICA Line Certified Personnel. Course topics will include;      Identifying Hazards Equipment and Power-Lines OSHA regulations for the project foreman Advanced accident rescue techniques Accident Prevention for Management Personnel
