y KS. Limited is an innovative, professional, cleaning and lawn care services company

that has been setup to take care of the growing need for cleaning and lawn services in the country. KS. Limited was incorporated in 2007. It has its Head office in Accra with branches in Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale.

y Since its inception, KS.Limited has carried out scores of services for offices,

industries and residential concerns and as a result has acquired some experience in the application of modern cleaning and lawn care methods/technique in dealing with clients.

y Individuals and institutions have a misconceived notion that the use of

unprofessional cleaners and gardeners are a cheaper source of labour. Suffice to say that in the long run much more money and time is spent and therefore becomes even more expensive. with up-to-date equipment.

QUALITY CONTROL
y As an established service provider, KS.Limited believes that to maintain a successful and professional cleaning and lawn care service we must ensure our staff are fully trained in the use of equipment, products and health and safety issues. We choose our staff carefully to ensure they have the right attitude towards achieving the high standards that we demand. When staffs are fully trained and operational we manage their progress and make regular quality control assessments at their workplace. y For security purposes only authorized KS.Limited personnel will be allowed on site at the times agreed. All KS.Limited personnel will carry visible Identification and wear uniform at all times.

An inspection of the site will be made weekly by one of KS.Limited Area Managers while the cleaning operatives are on site and an inspection report generated monthly and kept on record.This allows for any deviations from the specification to be rectified immediately and the high standard of service to be monitored and maintained. The client is also welcome to email or phone KS.Limited offices at any time to discuss the service or to make requests and these will be acted upon immediately.

In addition, a client liaison folder will be placed on site. This folder includes: i) A cleaning tick list for the cleaner to complete (allowing the client to see that the specification is being adhered to); ii) A client-operative liaison sheet which allows communication between the client and the cleaning operative;

y We will email on a monthly basis a customer satisfaction sheet, which allow the client to regularly rate KS.Limited performance. Again we will act immediately on any comments or requests made on the customer satisfaction sheets. y KS.Limited places a greater emphasis on making sure that the people we place in your building to clean are energetic, self-motivated, and well-trained. We understand that a dedicated management staff - try as hard as they may - cannot make up the difference in service if the regular cleaning associates are indifferent.

money. For a quotation we need to visit and inspect your property or premises to assess the volume of work before giving you a quotes. We have special packages for clients who sign for more than 18 months

y MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS: y A minimum of six months contract. However, we are flexible depending on

the nature of the job specification.
