WHY PRISON MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The data of the prisoner is discrete. There must be system by which all the data of the prisoner can be put in one place and analysed and used for official use. y It will provide easy way to find the prisoners data.

PROJECT DETAIL::
y This project is standalone application. y This project is aimed of developing

software by which Jailer can be effectively manage with the help of the few module like case register , nominal roll register , register for release date of the prisoner ,register for interview and in and out register, parole register.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE::
Providing user friendly interface y Easy access to data y Easy maintenance y All data will be put inside one system y System will provide login , because of that only official person can access the data y Jailer or any high rank officer can change the data of prisoner ,but system will keep history of record that who changed the data.

Project objective (contd)

y Jailer can create report of the prisoner

which will include all the information of the case , nominal , and if he had applied to parole or not , and the behavior of the prisoner so that jailer can manage all the prisoner.
