SUN - THE ULTIMATE SOURCE OF ENERGY

A popular concept is that of using the sun for power. Many simple system can be solar powered and some can be made from scrap or surplus materials . Of course , it all depends when and where you need the energy. It is being used for many purposes. As for an example, it is being used for converting solar to electrical energy which has many further uses. There are some application for solar power, that demand raw heat in quantity. The trick is to collect the heat and concentrate the power so that it reaches useful energy levels.

Sunlight can easily make any metal surface too hot to touch, but it is one thing to feel how hot something can get, and another thing entirely to apply that power in a useful manner. Here is one simple solar heat engines that can be used for small, high temperatures applications. it have been made from surplus materials as an illustration of how simple, cheap, and effective solar power can be.

1.Lenses of various size 2.An aluminum channel frame 3.Alum alloy aluminum welding rod 4.A frame of wood 5.Apparatus for measuring focal length 6.A square aluminum focus frame

METHODOLOGY
1. Collect the

scrap lens from the broken television screen 2. ( FRESNEL AND BIASED LENS)
3. construct the

frame of aluminum of the required size.

Alum alloy is used for aluminum welding purposes

Bolts are also used for construction of frame.

Install the lens in the aluminm frame..

After installing the lens, measure the focal distance .

frame is made slightly larger than focal distance so that a crucible or other apparatus can be kept at the focus
.

1..Once we have the center marked, we install a platform that can be adjusted and used to hold the work piece at the proper focal point. 2. operate the furnace on a stone or concrete surface.

3. take a standard red brick and hold it at the focus for about 20 seconds.

placing the brick into the shadows, it can be observed that the brick is heated to the extreme..hot

1.In space (such as on the Moon) this concept can be used to produce metals for industry, although on a much larger scale.

2. Now, if we are to apply a "biased" lens (one that will not focus sharply) to a small steam engine, it can operate a small generator or alternator for charging batteries. The size(taken above ) of the lens allowed a collection of roughly 750 watts of power.

1.By using above method we will be able to find metals from core without expending any conventional energy (like ..electrical .,mechanical power....etc.....).

2.This method can also be used to operate a small generator or alternator for charging batteries. so this is new method for generating energy.

The moon is like a beach of fine powder. Mining this powder can be done by bucket-cable-reel draglines instead of heavy Earth-breaking machinery.
This method can also be used at" moon" to produce metals for industry on large scale.
