Objective : To deliver Govt. services to citizens from

designated kiosks by Authorised agents using databases digitally signed by competent authorities.
One Mee Seva Kiosk for every 6 villages

Nearly 6,000 Mee Seva kiosks to be set up in the State

Services of ALL departments to be provided Across-The-

Counter (ATC)

Pilot : Chittoor & Krishna districts from 4-11-2011 9 Revenue & 3 Registration services To be enhanced to 50 services by March 2012

Methodology - Land records


The Land records database to be digitized & verified by Tahsildars. The verified LR data to be ported using validations. Validated data to be moved to State Data Center . Using NIC webland application, the ported data can be seen. NIC will issue Digital Certificates to all Tahsildars.

Tahsildars/Handholding persons/ DEOs to be trained


Tahsildars to DIGITALLY sign the LR data of respective mandal IT dept will identify the Authorized Agents.

Digitally signed LR data to be used for delivery of land-based

services
through MeeSeva portal from MeeSeva kioks centers by the

Authorized Agents.

Integrated Survey
There is no authentic database for ATC delivery of Integrated Certificates & Income Certificates Honble CM instructed on 25/10/2011 to conduct an Integrated Survey of all students
in classes SSC and above
Coordinated survey by Revenue, SW & Edn depts create digitally signed database by 31/3/2012.

This will enable ATC delivery of certificates to students Integrated Certificate to be permanent Income certificate to be annual
