First leg: we strive to take down the Cancer Welcome sign by correcting the environment (both external and internal) which is opening the door to cancer. This includes correcting and reinforcing the foundation of your health and vitality: Nutrition, Exercise and Thought (the NET )
Second leg: we strive to enhance the immune system through identifying and correcting imbalances on all four levels of human existence: 1) the material body (using nutritional and biochemical interventions), 2) the etheric body (using lifestyle and habit modifications), 3) the emotional body (using practices for enhancing mastery of mood CorThot) and 4) the spiritual body (using practices for enhancing ones humanity and relationship with the Divine).
Third leg: we strive eliminate cancer cells and tumors using the best of conventional and innovative medicine.

Oxygen breathing may be a cheaper and safer alternative to exogenous erythropoietin (EPO) Recently discovered normobaric oxygen paradox demonstrates that renal tissue can be stimulated to increase EPO production via a simple pattern of oxygen breathing at normal atmospheric pressures. This leads directly to the hypothesis that oxygen breathing may provide chemotherapy patients with a convenient and inexpensive alternative to ESAs. Stimulating endogenous EPO production eliminates the small risk of immune system reaction associated with ESAs. Further, the endogenous physiological EPO doses provided by this method may be safer, in terms of cancer mortality, than the exogenous pharmacological doses inherent in ESA administration. Author: R. Enzyme activity in the seed is at its highest when the sprout is 1/4 inch long. Soaking and sprouting is EASY
Ficin, derived from fig tree latex is also used. Other sources of enzymes are Pancreatin and Trypsin derived from the pancreas gland
Enzymes molecules are protein chains whose composition and configuration dictate biological function.
Enzymes are not degraded by activity, co-enzymes are and substrates are.
Catabolic enzymes 97% Anabolic enzymes 3%
Enzymes can produce light cold light bioluminescence (firefly, deep sea fish, diatoms)

Zosimos in Greece the original juicer called the chymist Chyme =juice To avoid prosecution for blasphemy, he moved to Egypt 3rd century BC where his work was referred to as al kimiya from whence we know the term alchemy - the study of the Mysterious Force
Sought the mysterious forces in the transformation of food (mechanical crushing presumed)
Gizzard of the Hawk experiment: Meat placed within a perforated metal capsule disappeared, this proved crushing was not the mechanism of digestion.
Lazzaro Spallanzani (1729-1799) filled the perforated metal case with a sponge and retrieved juice form falcon gullet which, when applied in vitro to meat digested it.
Proved digestion was in the juice. Proved the force can be denatured by boiling.

Theodur Schwann 1836 Discovered pepsin transmutation of proteins Willy Kuhne 1897 Professor of Physiology U. Heidelberg coined the term enzyme defined as a biocatalyst that alters protein outside of a living cell
Dr. John Beard, Embryologist U. Edinburgh (1857-1924) Embryonic enzymes aka ferments
See http://users.navi.net/~rsc/beard066.htm
Observation: The day the Trophoblast changes behavior was the day that the embryonic pancreas became active and begins producing pancreatic proteolytic enzymes. Hypothesis: If pancreatic enzymes can control a trophoblast which is a very invasive aggressive cancer-like organisism and convert it into a tame and life sustaining organism, they should do the same with cancer.
Beard concluded that cancer was trophoblastic. Trophoblast is the first differentiated cell to arise after the zygote is formed by union of sperm and egg. This cell goes on to form the placenta and is the source cell for the entire placenta. None of the cells comprising the placenta are incorporated into the human body, but neatly surround the entire fetus like a ballon. Somehow the body destroys this tissue resulting in the birth of the individual. Beard believed that cancer was this trophoblast manifesting in the wrong time and place. Furthermore, he believed that normal trophoblast is eventually destroyed by the mother and fetus through their pancreatic secretions, that the totality of these enzymes constitute the cause of birth. See http://weeksmd.com/?p=3810
Reasoning: Young animals need strong enzymes to control growth. Therefore, doctors can use pancreatic enzymes from young animals and use fresh enzymes to control cancer growth. Declaration: Pancreatic enzymes are the main defense against cancer. Cancer does not occur in mature cells but in trophoblastic nests. The way to cure cancer is to give proteolytic enzymes.
Treatment: Fairchild Co. produced injectable enzymes. Case study 170 patients - cured Consequence: Madame Curie PhD discovered radium and proposed as a treatment for cancer -stole the show. A whole generation of doctors died of leukemia and lymphoma Beards work was forgotten - in his lifetime.
Early Hackers (hack jobs) The refuting studies used stale enzymes from old animals
Example: fresh pineapple has potent bromelin but not the canned fruit.
Dr Beard did not allow himself to become discouraged, since most of the patients who came to him were suffering from terminal cancer he was prepared to do anything which offered a ghost of a chance.
"...Medical mankind in particular, were supposed to be waiting for the advent of some new scientific discovery concerning the nature of cancer... ...The physical martyrdom was lacking; but there are, as I can testify from experience, many more ways than one of burning a scientific man at the stake."

Evaluation of Pancreatic Proteolytic Enzyme Treatment of Adenocarcinoma of the Pancreas, With Nutrition and Detoxification Support Gonzalez, N. Nutrition and Cancer. June 1999 issue Vol 33, No 2
Of 11 patients followed in the trial, 8 of 11 suffered stage IV disease. Nine of 11 (81%) lived one year, 5 of 11 lived two years (45%), 4 of 11 lived three years (36%) and two have lived longer than four years.
In comparison, in a recent trial of the newly approved drug gemcitabine, of 126 patients with pancreatic cancer not a single patient lived longer than 19 months.
Gerson Regimen. Cassileth, B Oncology. 2010 Feb;24(2):201. An NCI-sponsored study of Gonzalez therapy, which is similar to the Gerson diet, showed that patients with inoperable pancreatic adenocarcinoma who underwent standard chemotherapy with gemcitabine (Gemzar) survived three times longer and had better quality of life than those who chose enzyme treatment, which included pancreatic enzymes, nutritional supplements, detoxification, and an organic diet.
The therapy itself is quite complex, but basically involves three components: diet, aggressive supplementation with nutrients and enzymes, and detoxification. The protocols are individualized and each patient receives a diet designed for his or her specific needs. 130 and 175 capsules daily
These enzymes are available only to our patients, and are not available over the Internet or in health food stores. In our experience, quality, manufacturing methods, and composition vary widely among commercially available preparations of pancreatic enzymes. The results of our studies cannot be used as validation for any other product, whether obtained from a health food store, a pharmacy or an Internet source. Nick Gonzalez
"In summary, PPE (porcine pancreatic enzyme) is the first experimentally and clinically proven agent for the effective treatment of PC (pancreatic cancer). The significant advantages of PPE over any other currently available therapeutic modalities include its effects on physical condition, nutrition and lack of toxicity."
Proteolytic Enzymes
Mechanism of Actions Molecular & Systemic
Drugs
(drug derived from drouge meaning poison old Eng. 1500s )
function as enzyme inhibitors. Bee Venom is an inhibitor of many enzymes including cyclooxygenase (Cox 2 inhibition) like ASA
The proteolytic enzymes include: 1) Pancreatin (reduces joint discomfort and swelling, reduces chance of pancreatitis); 2) Bromelain (enhances immune system, supports antiinflammation, enhances circulation and anti-coagulation, inhibits excessive blood clotting, reducing joint swelling); 3) Trypsin (accelerates repair of injuries, boosts immune activity and enhances circulation); 4) Papain (strong anti-inflammatory agent); chymotrypsin (enhances circulation); 5) Rutin (a free-radical scavanger to serve as antiinflammatory)
1) degrading the pathogenic CIC macrophages reactivated (secrete TNF?) 2) attack cancer cells via degradation of fibrin (reveals the cancer antigen) 3) remove adhesive glue 4) more immune complex degrading enzymes and more fibrinolytic enzymes break down incompletely degraded antigen immune complexes (relax the complement cascade system) 5) enhance macrophage function
Lysis of the normal cells was abolished when either 75 mM galactosamine, glucosamine or 100 microM beta-lactoglobulin was added to the melittin-cell reaction, but lysis of the leukemia cells was unaffected.
The amino-groups appeared necessary for blocking melittin-mediated lysis since glucose, galactose and the N-acetyl derivatives were not inhibitory. Bone-marrow cells were more readily protected from lysis than spleen cells.
the evidence suggests that bone-marrow cells are rich in membrane binding sites for carbohydrates that decrease in mature spleen cells and are virtually absent after neoplastic transformation.
Exogenous Proteases Confer a Significant Chemopreventive Effect in Experimental Tumor Models Martin Wald, MD Integrative Cancer Therapies, Vol. 7, No. 4, 295-310 (2008) The chemopreventive effects of enterally administered proteases (trypsin, chymotrypsin, and papain) have been documented in a series of animal experimental tumor models. The experimental evidence demonstrates a significant inhibition of growth of both the primary tumor and the metastatic disseminations. Survival in animals treated with proteases is significantly longer than in untreated animals.Comparable results have been shown in solid tumors in animal models (melanoma and Lewis lung carcinoma) and in human tumors (pancreatic and breast cancers).

Melittin stimulates Na entry, Na-K pump activity and DNA synthesis in quiescent cultures of mouse cells.
Rozengurt, Gelehrter et al Cell 1981 Mar. 23(3). P 781-8.
Melittin, an amphipatic polypeptide, increases several fold the activity of Na-K pump in quiescent Swiss 3T3 cells. As with other growth factors, melittin increases the activity of the pump by increasing Na entry into the cell.
In contrast, other early responses are not elicited by the toxin. At concentrations that promote ion fluxes, melittin stimulates DNA synthesis in quiescent mouse cells acting synergistically with insulin, epidermal growth factor and with the growth factor released by SV40 BHK cells. The cellular effects of melittin are consistent with the proposal that ion fluxes signal the initiation of mitogenesis in quiescent cells.
Inhibition of growth of leukemic cells by inhibitors of calmodulin: phenothiazines and melittin. Hait, Grais et al
Cancer-Chemother-Pharmacol. 1985. 14(3). P 202-5.
Calmodulin, a ubiquitous calcium-binding protein, has recently been shown to play an important role in cellular proliferation. The calmodulin inhibitors melittin, trifluoperazine, and chlorpromazine inhibited the growth and clonogenicity of human and murine leukemic cells, and their potency reflected their activity as inhibitors of calmodulin.
Melittin, which is a far more potent inhibitor of calmodulin activity, was also a more potent inhibitor of cell growth and clonogenicity. The less active phenothiazine metabolite, chlorpromazine sulfoxide, had much less potent cytotoxic activity.
Cancer cells cover their antigens under a adhesive fibrin layer which is 15 times thicker than that of normal cells thereby escaping detection while they proliferate. (253)
Blocking factors Proteolytic enzymes sweep up residual antigen particles otherwise platelet aggregation and activation are caused by the undegraded immune complexes which remain in circulation and lymph system.

The remarkable thing is this; that substances that can make a man ill or even kill him, can also cure him. This is one of the great responsibilities one has in the preparation of medicines, for there are no real remedies which, if wrongly applied, cannot cause the same illnesses which they can also cure. Dr. Rudolf Steiner

Hezekiah was dying. Then Isiah told them to apply a fig plaster. So they made one and applied it to the boil and he recovered.
Proteolytic enzymes in fig the fresh figs were boiled then opened up and placed on the patients face with the skin being eaten away on half his face, they were bandaged up onto his face and left there for 4 weeks, when removed the cancer had completely gone.
The fig plant produces a latex that contains ficin, a proteindecomposing enzyme similar to papain. Contact with skin causes dermatitis, making use of gloves advisable when working with or harvesting figs.
