File Tracking System


Web based application. The flow starts from receiving a file in a pre-defined location. Each file entry got unique ID # to track easily. File movement is logged in the system once physical file in moved in different desks. Remarks can be stored if any file is paused or sent back Management has the options to monitor the status of files for quality management. Reporting options.
