What is quality?
The delivery of a service/product characterize by certain specifications that would achieve the satisfaction of the user )client (

Why we need quality in education? To ensure the student's right to obtain a good education To ensure the right of society to have graduates that meet his needs and requirements To gain the confidence of local and international community.
