The NGFFL approaches relationships with corporations at partnerships


NGFFL Partnership Philosophy
As with successful sports teams, partnerships are twoway streets that benefit all parties involved. The NGFFL is not looking for corporate hand-outs, we are seeking corporations that will partner with us as we grow.

The NGFFL is a fast-growing organization with a rich history


Growing fast Started in 2002 with three member cities, the NGFFL is the only national gay football organization and now boasts 20 member cities. Organization Structure Member organizations are citybased, each of which holds its own local leagues over the course of the year; Some member cities also host annual national tournaments. Gay Bowl Member organizations converge annually for the Gay Bowl

NGFFL members are an ideal target market for your corporation


64% have an annual income of $50k or more 89% are between the ages of 26-50 50% are single, 50% are married or partnered 89% identify as gay or lesbian
Age

93% say they are more likely choose an NGFFL corporate partners brand and would be more loyal to that brand

The NGFFL takes a two-step approach to corporate partnership


STEP 1 LEAGUE & TOURNAMENT PARTNERSHIPS Corporations interested in partnering with the NGFFL do so through partnering with its member organizations via the leagues and tournaments they produce. The NGFFL manages those relationships. STEP 2 NATIONAL PARTNERSHIP BENEFITS By partnering with leagues and tournaments through the NGFFL, corporations receive free added national benefits from the NGFFL.

STEP ONE
League and Tournament Partnerships

League Partnerships offer valuable branding and marketing opportunities Partnerships include:

Two events during the year sponsored by the partner. Partner has option to include promotional material at the events All league communication must include partner logo (or name if n/a) including emails, Web site announcement, magazine ads, etc) Mention of partner at all league functions. Partner logo on all printed league banners (minimum one). Partner logo on all printed shirts and apparel excluding team jerseys. Logo and hyperlink on Web site. Announcement of partnership in press release and on Web site.

Partner name on league championship trophy ($100) Category exclusivity (add 30%).

League Partnerships are available across the country based on league size LARGE ORGANIZATIONS
200+ members & formal league $2,500/year per city Boston Chicago Denver New York Phoenix San Diego

MEDIUM ORGANIZATIONS
100-199 members & formal league $1,250/year per city Atlanta Los Angeles Philadelphia Salt Lake City Silicon Valley Washington, DC

SMALL ORGANIZATIONS
Under 100 members or no formal league $500/year per city Cleveland N.E. Texas / Tyler Houston Jacksonville Michigan Pittsburgh San Antonio South Florida

Tournament Partnerships offer an intimate opportunity to reach consumers Partnerships include:

Option to include promotional material in any registration bags, at the fields, and at event parties. Option for marketing or outreach personnel including opportunity to speak publicly at least once. Mention of partner at all event functions where announcements are made. Partner logo on all event marketing material including magazine ads, flyers, posters, etc. Partner logo on all printed event banners (minimum one). Partner logo on all printed event apparel (excludes team jerseys). Prominent logo and hyperlink on entire event Web site. Announcement of partnership on Web site.

Tournament Partnership with Gay Bowl: Opportunity to reach the entire country
National Championship Tournament The annual Gay Bowl features teams from across the country competing for the National Gay Flag Football championship. With over 600 participants every year, it is the largest gay football event of the year and growing to become one of the largest annual LGBT sporting events of any sport! Various partnership levels are available All partnerships with the Gay Bowl contribute toward the partner companys eligibility for further NGFFL partnership benefits. Gay Bowl XI

National Partnership Benefits

Benefits from the NGFFL are added value depending on the level of partnership Partners entering into relationships with NGFFL members will also receive
national benefits from the NGFFL at no extra charge. Those benefits depend on the total amount of league and tournament partnerships.

Direct message from partner in one monthly newsletter Inclusion of partner logo on NGFFL Facebook photo gallery Partner logo on entire NGFFL.com site (in header banner) for full year Partner logo on all monthly newsletters Press release announcing partnership $1,000 NGFFL ad in Gay Bowl program thanking company for their partnership Plus all benefits listed below

$15,000 - Silver
Mention of partnership in two monthly newsletters Partner logo on entire NGFFL.com site (below Gay Bowl logo on right) for full year $500 NGFFL ad in Gay Bowl program thanking company for their partnership Plus all benefits listed below

$5,000 - Bronze
Mention of partnership in one monthly newsletter Announcement of partnership in blog post at NGFFL.com Announcement of partnership on NGFFL Facebook page and Twitter account Quarterly report on deliverables
