INTRODUCTION
Implementation Of Remote Login For Private Network is an extranet application that intends to maintain an organizations private network on internet. For an implementation of Private Network a large scale company, For example Maruti Suzuki can be taken. We can connect the head office with all nationwide distributors and service centers for information exchange and transaction processing of Maruti Suzuki. Every machine is implemented with a login check up system that validates the entry. Because of Private Network customer and distributor/service center providers can directly communicate with organizations head office. In this project we are going to develop three modules, Administrator module: Administrator will control all the activities and also provides information to customers and distributors. Distributer module: Distributor will get information detail information about the present and the upcoming models. Customer module: Customer can directly contact with head office for his queries. And he will able to get appropriate information.

CONCLUSION

Necessity is the mother of Invention says a famous proverb. Same was the case with us. We realized the need of computerized management of manpower and so we developed this application. Thus we came up with software which can accomplish this task though it has limitations but its functionality and performance cannot be denied. We thus conclude that no one is able to interfere in the organization without administrator, so by this project we can maintain and organize a large scale company. This project proves to be useful and can be enhanced further.
