1. Draft of Deed of Absolute Sale
2. Certified True Copy(ies) of Title (TCT/CCT/OCT) Ɗ at least two

4. Secure from the Seller a photocopy of the Realty Tax
2ayment Receipts Ɗ updated up to end of the year
5. Secure from the Seller a photocopy of the Tax
Clearance Certificate from the Treasurerƍs Office
6. Certificate of No-Improvement from the Assessorƍs Office
(if necessary/if land only)
7. If Contracting 2arties are both Corporations:
è Secretaryƍs Certificate on Board Resolution for the
sale/purchase
è Certified True Copies of SEC Registration, Articles of
Incorporation & By-Laws
