people within 6 months.

Get maximum number of villagers registered within


six months.
Brief history of the business.
The main purpose of RRCM is to get rid
of middle men in the market. In reality the
owner cultivators cultivate by shedding
their sweat but, in fact, they don’t get the
amount of profit that they are supposed
to get. The profit that they suppose to get
goes to the middlemen.

Market is full of middlemen, who enjoy the fruit of


the labor of the villagers. They work less but profit
more. Now the need has come to recognize their
effort and give them what is due to them so that
they will not leave agriculture.
Target of the Market

RRCM is targeting rural market, it is because in one


hand, it wants to eliminate middlemen and, on the
other hand, it wants to encourage the agriculturist.
Description of the Products and Services

Intially,the products that RRCM is going to


purchase are,Lah,Rice,Dal,oil seeds, and
Mahua flower .
Services of RRCM
Marketing facility: - RRCM will
purchase the local products and
give the market value on the spot
and later, once it sells the product
in the urban market ,it will sell it
in higher price.
The profit of the sell, it will again
share with the owner cultivator at the
ratio of 75%/@25%. The share of the
profit, RRCM will deposit in the bank
account, once the amount reaches
500/- or more.
The share of the profit is a hidden
asset for the owner cultivators. It
will surely but slowly increase. The
amount of profit will depend on
owner cultivator’s transaction with
RRCM.
In this way, RRCM will
maximize the profit for the
owner cultivators and at the
same time , RRCM will get
enough profit for itself too.

All those who sell goods will have
to open a bank account, where
the share of the profit will be
deposited by RRCM in their
account.
Government: -
The government will facilitate the market location and
provide facility to make RRCM market successful. At the same
time, it will provide places, where RRCM can sell the
products, which it will purchase from the rural market. At the
same time ,it will provide license to run RRCM.
Urban market: -
All the products purchased from
the rural market will be sold in the
urban market in the higher prices.
Storage:-
Some of the purchased product
will be kept in the storage. Once
the price increases, they will be
sold.

the financial transaction of RRCM and
the owner cultivators share of the
profit, and deposits it ,in the bank,and

registration of the customers.

RRCM will purchase the products of the
village from the village market and sell in the
urban market.
