NEED ANALYSIS
We have decided to sell STUFF TOYS in our college

campus because of following reason:


 There is no stuff toys shop in our MBA block (LSB),
although we are having shop in our college but it is
little far from MBA block, so students really want a
stuff toys shop in our block. This is the main reason
for selecting this product.

 Our group member did survey and we got to know
that every day someone is having birthday and other
occasion and they didn’t have time to go outside and
buy gifts especially for girls.

 We also want to select that product which no one have
chosen yet.
 Stuff toy is one product which every one likes to buy
whether it is girls and boys.
 according to our analysis with the help of this product
we can easily reaches our target.

 we have made a print advertisement for the promotion of our
product and also we have pasted our print advertisements on
walls of LSB block and the we have also used trees for
pasting the advertisement

 We have also made video advertisement for the promotion of our

 We have given face to face presentation of our
product in the college premises itself on the day of
youth festival which was organized in the college.
 Secondly, We have also made the sale of our product
on the day of youth of youth festival and in the
regular days of our college.

 We have displayed our product in the youth festival.
 We also provide service of delivering the soft toy as a
gifts on the demands of consumers on a nominal
cost.

 Per peace soft toy’s cost is RS 73.2
 We have made 15 soft toys
 So 15 soft toys‘ cost is 73.2*15= RS1098
 We have sold 10 soft toys on the price of RS140
 So total income is 140*10= 1400
 Profit = selling price – Cost price
 Profit = 1400-1098 = 302
 We have got RS 302 profit

SALES REPORT
 As according to our IMC plan, we have made fifteen
soft toys out of which ten has been sold and the
name of the consumers to whom we have sold our
product are: Sumit Malik, Surbhi Gupta, Inder
Sharma, Anupam Singh Parihar, Kunal Dev Dani
and so on .
