Finding
From the analysis of the data I collected during the study I present following
NGOs work in the field, adapting to local situations, and are able to develop integrated
projects based on local needs.
They usually adopt a process-oriented approach toward development for which they use
participatory methodologies and tools. In India everyone is familiar with the work of HIV and
Aids volunteer canvassers on ‘door to door’ campaigns.
 They are able to take on jobs that the government cannot.
 They access resources in the community which are unavailable to the government
structures, e.g. volunteers and sweat equity
Finance is the main issue for SME’s, present economy condition created more problems in front
of SME’s - in India infrastructure is not so good, due to this; transportation cost is at high side.
To generate or create revenue. Banks also hesitate to provide needed fund for SME’s
Recommendation
 NGO should be registered FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)

 NGOs should conduct all their financial transactions through public banks.

 People should give donation to ngos. Because it is good for tax benefit.

 Government should give to ngos good protection.

 Government should provide financial facility to small enterprise. and some

kinds of facilities

 should be establish more smes and reduce unemplyoment.

Conclusion
• According to this research small and medium enterprises are facing many problem in
globalized market. These are the many hurdles and internal obstacles in the pune sme’s. But
they want to succeeding for the better economic. Development of india and reduce indian
disparities in the economy . today’s depression is punctured growth of pune sme’s , but
government should help sme’s and encourage to more investment and building more
competitiveness.
• NGOs in particular, have played and continue to play an important role in ensuring the
optimal effectiveness and success of the pune regional human rights system and its
aim to prohibit and prevent torture and other ill-treatment in pune.
