It is the state of your body when you are confronted with a real threat like, choosing between career and family; keeping all expenditures within the budget and other related cases.
Normally, the victim of stress may fight or run away.
If persons stays in this state longer, then STRESS can do serious harm to their mood, health and performance and another threat will be too much to bear. ACTIVITIES : 1. “Idea Generation” Directions: List down the things or instances that made you feel stressed. Prioritize them by assigning numbers 1-10, with 1 as the highest and 10 as the lowest. 2: “How Do U cope with it?” Directions: Opposite your list, write down the things which you do to overcome the stress. STRESS MANAGEMENT III. ANALYSIS Do some of you look at parenthood as stressful due to the many demands of the role? Do you also experience stress while budgeting a very low or unstable income? your daily activities ahead. Be flexible and practical in dealing with work and people around you. Always find solutions rather than magnifying the stressful situations. How to Overcome Work Related Stress Spend only 80% of what you earn. Save the remaining 20% for emergency. Find ways on how to earn extra income if you wish to buy things not included in your budget. Avoid unnecessary loans because this entails interest. Pay attention to suggestions and weigh things objectively while considering the effects that it may cause your actions. STRESS MANAGEMENT V.
