Problem’s in education
system:
1: Teachers Training:
In our country the “Teachers Training” is the one
of the problem in our education system.
There is no proper institute to train our teachers.
So they gain there experience on the basis of
working years.
That is not good for our students.

2.Education Expenses:
In our country there are some good institute of
education.
But the most of the people in Pakistan don’t
afford it. Most of the people can leave study
because of it’s expenses.

3. Leading System:
There is a bad leading system in our country. Not
in our education department, almost in every
department, the leader of the department do not
perform his duties and obligations properly.
This can ruin our education system. which is bad
for our student’s future.

4. Shortage of Fund:
In our country, sometime our government take
step to make education free. But because of the
shortage of fund, there is no possibilities to make
this policy possible.
Our budget spend on all expenditure of education.
There is nothing remain for the development
section.

5. Implementation:
Our government makes plans and policies for the
education system. But do not apply these plans
and policies.
The policies without implementation can not work
for the improvement of education system.
Steps to improve Education
System:
1. Teacher’s Training:
Education system can't be improved without that,
specially the teachers at primary and secondary
level.
Not only depending on the govt, I think we the
common people can help too, starting a small
training institute on our own or donating the
NGOs and organizations who are working for
educational programs and are trustworthy.

2. Free education
We have good educational private institutes but
those cant be afforded by most of Pakistanis so I
even think that both Government and Private
system needs to align and do something for those
who can't afford. There should be 'free education'
at school level and loads of scholarships at
secondary and university level to promote
education.

3. Good Leading System:
We want to equal educational system because
Pakistan has many cultures and majority of the
people are poor and living under the line of
poorness. So the govt has courage the govt school
sector. Majority of the education officers are not
manage their educational problems. Government
has appoint good officer, decrease teachers
problem.

4. Funds for Education:
Pakistan spends 2.4% GDP on education. At
national level, 89% education expenditure
comprises of current expenses such as teachers’
salaries, while only 11% comprises of
development expenditure which is not sufficient
to raise quality of education.

5. Implementation:
There is a need for implementation of national
education policy. An analysis of education policy
suggests that at the policy level there are several
admirable ideas, but practically there are some
shortcomings also.
There are many steps to improve education
system. But according to the current
situation these 5 Steps are specially needed
to adopt for a better education system.
