 This project help in the industries
where 2 or more liquids are mixed
together to get the final liquid
product.
 In the pharmaceutical companies as
the mixture of solvent with the
liquidized medicine to make it dilute.
CAPPING

• The capping process is

required in the plant of
bottle filling.
• This process can be
done in various
methods.
BOTTLE PACKAGING :- PROCESS
 We will take the filled bottle on
the straight conveyer and slide
it into the
box which is on the other
conveyer beside the first conveyer.

 Each box will be packed

separately as per many
industries related to
pharmaceutical companies pack
the bottles of medicines.

 Water leakage problem.

 Rotating disc problem.

CONCLUSION
 The PLC have in recent years experienced an unprecedented
growth as universal element in industrial automation.
 It can be effectively used in applications ranging from single
control like replacing a small number of relays to complex
automation problems
 Today the PLCs are used for control &automation job in a single
machine &it increases up to full automation of
manufacturing/testing process in a factory.
