dreamers who do those who take hands

• Business process reengineering (BPR) is an
approach to change management in which the
related tasks required to obtain a specific
business outcome are radically redesigned.
• Reengineering means not just change but
dramatic change and dramtic improvements.the
dramatical change by the organisational
structure,management system,performance
measurement,development,training and most
importantly , the use of IT.

An organizational structure is a system that
outlines how certain activities are directed in
order to achieve the goals of an organization.

authority, communications, rights and duties of
an organization. Organizational structure
determines how the roles, power and
responsibilities are assigned, controlled, and
coordinated, and how information flows between
the different levels of management.
