ABSTRACT
 Medication adherence is when patients takes their medication according to
the specific dosage, time, and frequency prescribed.
 A website would be a handy platform for reminding chronic patients to take
their prescribed medication on time.
 The website alerts patients’ relatives/peers when they skip their medication
intake, for them to follow up with the patient and ensure compliance to the
prescription.
 Additionally the website records the adherence log of the patient, which can
be shared with the doctor. Adherence increases patient engagement to the
website, which can be leveraged to start many other services through same
website.
EXISTING SYSTEMS

 These are the top existing systems in Medication platform and these are
the best Medication applications.
 Each and every existing system is used to monitor the patient’s health and
he/she take his/her medication on time or not and collects a report for
caretakers or doctors for further analysis.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
 In this proposed system, it creates a schedule of healthy habits, including
taking your medications on time, recording your weekly report for doctor
analysis.
 Never miss a dose again! MEDICA will alert you whenever it’s time to take
your medicine or follow through with one of your healthy habits.
 If they forget to take their medications on time they family members
whom he/she add they will respond.
 MEDICA will provide a report includes all the information you need about
your medications, including drug interactions and side-effects.
 You’ll have this information available everywhere you go.
ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM
 The patient can able to add their family member or his friend to notify him
with our project.
 The person can able to add their medication and time to time to interval
on the instructions of doctor.
 The patient can add doctor and send his weekly or monthly medication
status to the particular doctor whom he/she added.
 He can receive healthy food tips by this project.
