sus colavoradores en cuestiones como
ascensos,transferencia,separaciones por jubilacion
y dimisiones.

Las organizaciones se caracterizan por los movimientos
constante de las personas que transitan a lo largo de la
estructura de la organización. De cual tenemos las siguientes

 Transferencia
Puede ocurrir por iniciativa de la organización o del empleado y
cumple con diversos propositos.
 Ascensos
Es símbolo de éxito y representan un paso hacia adelante en la
carrera del empleado
 Separación por jubilación.

 Despido.
Conflictos
Las personas nunca tienen intereses objetivos idénticos

Condiciones que predisponen el

conflicto
Negociación colectiva
Exige un proceso previo de negociaciones entre las partes,
la llamada negociación colectiva ,la cual se puede realizar en
tres niveles

• En el nivel de la Empresa

• En el nivel del Sindicato

• En el nivel de la confederación de sindicato

 Ciertos concepto permiten mejorar las relaciones
laborares

1. La organización debe definir claramente su política de

recursos humano y divulgarla entre sus empleados
2. Localizar las fuente de problemas y de conflicto e
identificar causas
3. Debe mantener un dialogo permanente y abierto con los
lideres sindicales
4. Debe preparar y capacitar a los jefes ,principalmente a
lo mas próximos de los obreros
5. No debe tomar declaraciones y posturas
“Revolucionaria”
6. Debe entender que la época del paternalismo termino y
que debe ser sustituida por un trato respetuoso e
igualitario
 Políticas de relaciones laborales

Las organizaciones pueden adoptar cuatro políticas de

relaciones laborales distinta .Las cuales son:

• Política paternalista

• Política autocrática

• Política de reciprocidad

• Política participativa
El SINDICALISMO

Es la historia de las relaciones entre las organizaciones y sus

miembros, los sindicatos no son cosas recientes .Sus orígenes se
remontan al surgimientos del sistema capitalista que se desarrollo a
partir de siglo XVIII,con la Revolución Industrial en Inglaterra .Los
sindicatos surgieron cuando los empleados empezaron a quedar
oprimido entre los trabajadores y los consumidores ;es decir, cuando se
desarrollo el sistema remuneración

Nota Interesante: Condiciones para una huelga

1. La violación de alguna ley

2. La violación de alguna clausula del contrato colectivo o individual
de trabajo
3. Violación de alguna regla de la organización
4. Cambio en las condiciones de trabajo o en las practicas de la
organización
5. Violación de las normas de higiene o de seguridad en el trabajo
MEDIOS PARA LA ACCION PATRONAL

Si los trabajadores, por un lado ,utilizan medios de

acción para hacer valer sus, reivindicaciones, en tanto
que por el otro las organizaciones también pueden
utilizar ciertos medios de presión contra los
trabajadores , como el cierre temporal o la lista negra.

Con la democracia Industrial surgieron los modelos de

representación de los trabajadores en la administración de las
empresas, los cuales pueden ser clasificado en dos tipos :La
representación directa o antisindical y la representación sindical
