REAL ESTATE

In this project is to manage the operations done in real estate business, In this mobile
application obviously referring to houses that are the main concern of any real estate
online property sale deals with the processes of sales and the properties of the a real
estate users , This system is an online real estate management through which individuals
user or buyers can view and upload the property in particular area details using android
application in cloud storage, and also given the current price of the area. As we pointed
out in our project ‘Looking for property via smartphone the real picture through the
smartphone camera by additional information in to cloud and other user can view the
property and contact the consent person.
 EXISTING SYSTEM PROPOSED SYSTEM
EXISTING CONCEPT:- PROPOSED CONCEPT:-

 In existing concept user directly went to the real 
estate agent or call to the authorized for getting
the information.
In our concept User can get the information about
properties details and availability. If user has any
properties can upload the easy way they will send the
query and get the information about how to cure the
status.

DRAWBACKS:-
In a hidden Markov model, the state is not directly
visible, but the output, dependent on the state, is visible.
Each state has a probability distribution over the possible
output tokens. Therefore, the sequence of tokens
generated by an HMM gives some information about the
sequence of states.
ADVANTAGES:-

 It will take more time.  Simple and Time save.

APPLICATIONS:
Easley get properties details about minor Information and get the information about the
user queries by using smartphone.
