What did the experience teach me?


▪ Management positions can be very dynamic and have wide-range of responsibilities per facility
▪ Leadership roles and potential success are highly dependent on others also in management; working
in groups and/or facilitating meetings can be difficult if there is not clear expectations of goals of the
meeting
