 Respect for the Environment
– To complete the 3rd water re-injection pump project at Kharir,
– To complete the upgrading of the water re-injection facilities at Atuf,
– To identify all used CFC gases and set-up an action plan for phasing them
out,
– To back-fill all pre-2005 drilling mud & water pits,
– To remove all scrap & re-habilitate all pre-2005 well pads.

 Contractors & Suppliers


– In cooperation with HTC & HAWK, to agree upon actions plans to bring their
facilities (Camps, yards, warehouses, workshops…etc.) to TEPY standards.
– To complete the implementation of these actions plans within the year 2006.

– The training requirement for all personnel are to be identified.
– These training need to be implemented.

– The follow-up of the decided actions need to be improved.

Safety situation

• Road Safety
 Driving Improvement Monitors on all cars
– To install & maintain driving monitors in all TEPY cars.

• Transportations in & out our sites


 All transportations to be checked
– To define a policy with regards to the level and extend of control TEPY wants to apply on
such concerned “transportations”.
- TEPY’s vehicles, contracted means, service companies equipment…
- Cranes, Trucks (Flat beds, water, fuel), Civil Engineering machines…
- Cars, crew changes buses…
- Drivers concerned.
– To define the organization required for implementing this policy and put it in place,
– To apply this policy.

Health

• Health situation
 Annual medical check-up of all employees
– Introduce a modification in all 3rd party personnel contracts (S&B, Amiogs…)
requiring valid health certificates for all people.

Environment

• Flaring
 Gas injection completed
– To complete the “ Early gas compression # 1,
– To complete the “Early gas compression # 2,
– To progress on the “Permanent gas compression” project so as to have it
ready for start-up early 2Q 2007.

• Others
 Pond in Atuf secured
– To decommission the Atuf oily water pit.

 Waste Management implementation completed


– To “full scale” implement this plan.
