Chef Gabriel combines his masterful classic French
training and Alsatian heritage with his love of New York
City to create an invitingly luxurious experience in the
heart of Midtown Manhattan. Sophisticated French
cooking presented in chic, airy environs with salvaged-
wood beams.
A native of Alsace, Gabriel Kreuther was born in a region whose
history has produced one of the most sophisticated cuisines in
France. Raised on his family’s farm in Niederschaeffolsheim, a small
village north of Strasbourg, Gabriel was surrounded by fresh local
produce and seasonal game.

Unique selling point
• The restaurant has a bar and a dining room, also inspired by
Alsatian architecture. At the bar, they highlight the "The Black
Rose" cocktail – a perfect blend of rum, blackberries,
rosemary and lemon, resulting in a strong cocktail, but with a
delicate flavor, just like its surroundings.
• In the dining room you can enjoy a unique and authentic
gastronomic moment. The experience starts brilliantly with a
surprising amuse-bouche: puffed rice cracker with nori algae,
marinated Cobia, white pepper-peanut dust.
• From this tasting, we’d also like to refer the fennel-cockle
velouté, with blue shrimp, seven-grain tuile and watercress
granite; as well as the herb crusted Hawaiian Mero, melted
young leeks, bouchot mussels and pimento nage.

Overall the food was disappointing!

Name- Perla
After our dinner, which was perfect, I gave some tip, but our waiter came
back telling me that I had to give a tip of 15-20 % ! I think this is very rude
and impolite to tell me what kind of tip I have to give.

RECOVERY
• Replenishment of the dish.
• Complimentary drink.
• The restaurant manager apologized for the improper behavior of the
waiter.
