PROBLEM
 Many students are facing problem to celebrate birthday parties and
to organize events in a particular phase , so they need to buy cakes
and some party things. In order to buy these things, they have to go
outside shops. So especially for girls they don’t get proper time to go
out.
SOLUTION
 So we are here to organize all the decorations with cakes , gifts etc
,under one shed so that it will be easy to approach.
 Deliver the things appropriately what they approach .

 So all these are clubbed together and are organized in a pleasant way
so that no problem arises.

Customers can order the event through the website provided by us
and payment can also be done through online transaction like google
pay, paytm, phone pay etc. ..,

According to my business plan my competitor is DC , LAVA

 OPERATIONS

My event planners and decors core operations are supplying cake of all
varieties the students ask, arranging the birthday and all occasions and
events taking place within and also selling gift articles and novelties in a
customised manner.

The location for my business plan is located between MAIN
FOODYS AND ALLMART .

 SALES AND MARKETING


There are various combo's in which the cakes are sold and as far
as making is concerned the positive (wom) word-of-mouth by students,
faculties and staff is the core marketing strategy adopted.

My supply chain of event management company consists of supplier ,


event manager , and customers .My business plan also gives the idea of
how the logistics i.e. movement of resources from different suppliers to
event manager and the reverse logistics.Finally,the business plan also
focus on problem associated with supply chain for event managers
.Supply chain management is concerned with managing the flow of raw
materials and infornation.The success of manager and my event
planners depend on the ability of supply chain to satify all the partners
in the chain .
