hardware, software, networks, data centres, facilities and related
equipment used to develop, test, operate, monitor manage and/or
support information technology services.
ABOUT THE COMPANY

Cyberace infovision private limited is an IT network system integrator


offering a comprehensive range of IT solution and services they are
technology professionals undertaking design and build turnkey projects
in information technology, low voltage system, and audio-video
integration offering a comprehensive range of products and services.
OBJECTIVES

To study about the infrastructure of cyberace infovision


Private limited.
Speed completion of corporate goals exponentially.
To study the division between those three stags which
every IT company have
 IT network
 Low voltage
 Audio-video solutions
To better understand the value, culture and environment
of the company and learn some new experiences.
THREE STAGS OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE

1.Information Technology Network: In this company design and


build passive, active, wireless network and IT security passive
along with data centre build.

2. Low Voltage system: In this company design and build fire


alarm system, PA system , CCTV surveillance, access control, fire
suppression, Fire sprinkler and so on.

3. Audio-video solution: In this they design and build all required


audio-video collaboration solution. Various meeting room, training
room, boardroom, CEO team hall, huddle room.
FINDINGS

 Because it is first company in India who undertaking build and design


turnkey projects in IT, ELV system, Audio-video integration.
 The most serious problem that arises its technology and need for
technical training.
 From the analysis, we can find almost 95% people of India used internet
now a days.
 In many organization IT departments used WAN (wide area network) for
there works.
 They improve faster access to control application, reduce bandwidth
utilization and shorten network delays between users, applications and
remote enterprise.
RECOMANDATION

 They are technology professionals and provide all types of networks to


different organizations.
 Cyberace do not have so much competition in market so it will be very
feasible to them to grab a big opportunity.
 Cyberace must be increase there employees in sales department.
 They want to grab overall opportunities to be successful in Indian IT
infrastructure market, but considering consumers we would like to
draw their attention over some following facts:
1. Brand name should be easy to understand and communicate.
2. Cyberace could offer so many products in a single roof.
CONCLUSION

 The study concludes that company should use some basic policies to
make working environment good. Due to some technical
competencies and sales experience I got this opportunity to work as
sales executive in cyberace infovision pvt. ltd. I learned a lot of
things.
 cyberace should increase their sales team.
 Cyberace should provide good incentives to their employees so they
will motivate because incentives are the good motivation for
employees.
 Cyberace should improve some technology.
 I gain a lot of experience in sales that how to manage people and how
to interact with new people.
