As a student, our goal is to study hard and to
show everyone that we can do everything not just
because we are young we don’t have any
strategies to make our work done.
Companies prefer younger employees
because of they have new perspectives, cost
savings of hiring, training, technology skills, and
how to incorporate young employees into your
business.

-A youth worker is a person whose jobs involve providing
support and social activities for young people, especially
young people from poor backgrounds.
-Company is a business organization that makes, buys,
or sells goods or provides services in exchange for money.

 New perspectives- young employees can bring fresh
perspective and a different way of thinking to your
business. Most young workers are eager to learn, build
their experience and apply their skills in the workforce.
Younger employees will also give you an advantage if you
want to target the millennial markets as they understand
how to reach and communicate with their peers.
Training- young employees are recent student, either high
school or college. They are used to learning. Young
employees still have mindset, which means they easily
can learn their positions at your business.
Cost saving of hiring young employees- hiring young
employees might be less expensive than hiring older,
more experienced worker. That’s because less experience
usually equals lower starting wages. Also, young
employees are likely content with lower wages because
they often do not have a family to support.
 Technology skills- millennial have grown up around
technology their natural affinity for tech and their ability to
apply and understand different technologies quickly sets
them apart form other generations in the workforce.
How to incorporate young employees into your
business- when you hire young people your
company culture should be welcoming to them.
Let your young employees know that you do want
them and that they’re not the token young person.
Owners choose younger employees because
of fresh ideas, have a learning mindset, might be
less expensive, grew up with technology, and
greater ability to train.
As a student, we have that fresh ideas that is
needed for a certain company and we should give
the best that will help that company when we are
in the stage of working.
