these particular two wheelers Industry.
 SCOPE OF THE STUDY
• The study covers a period of 15 months from April 2016 to
June 2017.
• The study helps to find out the future trends in the prices equity
of TVS MOTORS, BAJAJ AUTO, HERO MOTOR CORP,
MAHARASHTRA SCOOTERS, LML Ltd, ATUL AUTO Ltd
Emami.
 OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
• To analyze the price movements of shares of TVS MOTORS,
BAJAJ AUTO, HERO MOTOR CORP, MAHARASHTRA
SCOOTERS, LML Ltd, ATUL AUTO Ltd.
• To forecast the future trends and provide suitable suggestions to
the investors.
• To calculate the risk associated with the investment.
 LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
• The study is based on the secondary data which is available
from various websites, news papers etc...
• The time taken to undertaken the project work is very short;
hence only six securities were chosen for the study.
• The duration for the study was only for two months where time
is a limiting factor.
• The analysis & interpretation of collected data is restricted to
available information.

• When we take TVS MOTORS, BAJAJ AUTO, HERO

MOTOR CORP, MAHARASTRA SCOOTERS LML LTD
companies in stock market has performed much better
than NIFTY. Which are taken for the study has generated
higher rate of return than NIFTY. The financial
performance of LML LTD were good when compared to
TVS MOTORS , BAJAJ AUTO, HERO MOTOR CORP,
MAHARASTRA SCOOTERS.
• I conclude that the investors will invest in the
LML because this company is performing very well with
maximum average return 4.67..Generally the investors
investing in the stock market is very risky, short term
investments may be unfavorable but long term
investments will better to gain profits.
