in looking for fresh ideas and an employee who could reach out to
people. Hiring youth could resolve as well the problems of
unemployment. Not just because youth doesn’t have the experience at
all. That doesn’t mean that they weren’t fit for the job. Before they
graduated, they undergo with different examinations and internship as
their training ground. With this, the company could be productive
enough and achieve the target sales but with a lower cost.
