Internship organization must
not be a
 Sole proprietorship or
 Partnership.

Make a list of all your personal
references that can arrange
internship for you and be in close
contact with them.

Once you have decided, where
you would be joining for
internship, contact your
‘Internship Coordinator’ for
getting the ‘Recommendation
Letter’

(Without this Recommendation


Letter, your internship would be
considered invalid). 6
Requirements for Internship
Recommendation Letter
 Before coming to get Internship
Recommendation Letter, make it
sure that:
• You know proper address of target
organization along with the Name
and Designation of the person to
be addressed.
• You have your student card with
you. 7
Keep a copy of this letter with
you that will be placed at the
end of your Internship Report.

When you join the target
organization for internship,
send ‘Joining Report’ within
two days of your joining
through mail/e-mail and it
must reach the Internship
Coordinator within four
days of your joining date.

Without joining report, your
internship will not be considered
valid.
Keep a copy of this ‘Joining
Report’ with you that will be
placed at the end of your
Internship Report.

 In Joining Report, mention
all the contacts (especially
e-mail address) of
authority, under whose
supervision you will be
working in the
organization.
 It will help us to remain in
touch with your
organization.

 You are required to
dispatch your ‘Fortnightly
Report’ stating your
progress and learning
during the last 2- weeks of
your internship.

 3-4 fortnightly reports

 Without fortnightly reports,
your internship will not be
considered valid.

 Keep a copy of these


‘Fortnightly Reports’ with
you that will be placed at
the end of your Internship
Report. 13
 On the successful
completion of internship,
you must receive
‘Internship Completion
Certificate /Letter’ from
authorized person in your
target organization.

 Copy of this letter/certificate will
be placed at the end of your
Internship Report.
 You are required to bring this
certificate in original, in your
VIVA.

Along with the final internship
report (to be submitted right
after the completion of
internship), internees are
required to submit the following
details/documents:

1. Copy of Internship Completion
Certificate
2. Copy of letter issued by
Internship Coordinator
3. Copy of Joining Report
4. Copy of Fortnightly Reports
5. List of contact numbers and
contact persons at concerned
organization.
6. List of internee’s contact numbers

Internship Exemption
 Exemption to internship can only be
awarded to the students who had at
least 3- years work experience at the
time of admission professional degree
 However, that experience should be
acceptable to BZU Internship Office.
 Students who are eligible for
exemption are required to apply for
it.
 Internship exemption will be granted,
subject to approval of Internship
Coordinator/Head of Department

Board, at the entrance of your
department.
