WHAT IS CPD?

Republic Act No. 10912, otherwise known as the


“Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Act of
2016”, is an act which requires CPD as the mandatory
requirement for the renewal of Professional
Identification Card.

Designs should be submitted to NEAP 60 days prior to the conduct of
the training

LAC ACCREDITATION
• One design for the whole schools division covering the whole year
• For 2018-2020, focus will be on the top 12 priority strands based on PPST
• Schools may contextualize the design
• Certificate will reflect the actual number of hours attended by the
teacher and the equivalent credit units based on the approval of PRC
• District Supervisor ensures quality assurance and monitoring/
evaluation of LAC; QAME report will be incorporated in the
completion report of LAC
• Report on attendance will be certified by Principal
• Certificate will be signed by Principal and Division Superintendent
