WHAT´S A COVER LETTER?

• A cover letter is a letter you write to complement


your resume.

• It should be very specific and it should not be very


long.

• The main purpose is to give your resume a more


personal touch.
HERE ARE SOME STEPS FOR WRITING A
COVER LETTER.
1. Make it a personal you can star your letter by using
Dear Sir or madam, you can use the person´s name,
remember to use the correct tittle. Mr.,Mrs.,Ms.
Depending on who you are addressing the letter to.

2. Make sure you let the employeer know the position


you are applying for.

3. Highlight your qualifications, skills and degree that


make you elegible for that particular job.

LinkedIn.
Knowing the company better also helps you decide
on the right tone to use in your cover letter. Think

to.
